Position Title: Operations Manager
Reports to:  Director, Operations Nashua NH
Location: Lowell, MA
We are seeking an Operations Manager who will beresponsible for providing leadership, direction and hand-on problem solvingwhile driving process improvements, managing the team and achieving both shortterm and long term objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Directing and leading a team to make effectivedecisions for the daily operations to meet all safety, productivity, quality,delivery, and inventory objectives, while driving continuous improvementefforts that foster sustainable results to achieve all Key PerformanceIndicator (KPI) goals.
• Creating and monitoring Operations strategicinitiative by identifying plant operations breakthroughs, building acomprehensive action plan, and aligning resources to achieve targets.
• Developing and monitoring monthly operatingbudgets and capital projects.
• Ensuring all employees are knowledgeable of andcomply with standard work policies as defined in the Quality Management System.
• Identifies and solves complex, operational, andorganizational problems leveraging the appropriate resources within or outsidethe department to ensure sufficient manufacturing capacity exists to achieveall customer commitments.
• Leading the operations team with effectivecommunication and engagement activities as part of the Leadership Team inLowell.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 10 years' experience ormaster’s with 5 years of related experience in a highly regulated industry
  4 years’ experience managing people.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct department dailymanagement and set departmental priorities.
• Proven track record driving continuousimprovement and problem-solving.
• Adept and effective in communications /interactions with direct reports, and support teams, including the leadershipteam.
• Demonstrated ability to provide coaching andconstructive performance management to direct reports.
• Lean Six Sigma operations.
